I took another walk around the yard trying to get a picture of myself for a profile picture and while I was out in the sunshine I found a couple of emerald gem shots I couldn't pass up taking.

This is one of the favorite trees on the property, it started out as 5 maple saplings that intertwined and grew into 1 tree, but two of them became diseased and had to be removed to save the rest of the tree. Unfortunately, it looks like fungi may be taking over another portion of the tree.

This is the same maple and it's neighboring maple.
